I’m a Ph.D student at NTUU “KPI”. I have been at Telemark University College for 6 months (December 2014 - May 2015) as an exchange student on the basis of the Ukrainian-Norwegian Collaboration on Higher Education for Sustainable Energy Development.
It was very great, useful and unforgettable experience in everything: study, language, travelling, culture, life in general.
This exchange has given me a lot first of all in my researches. I was working with very kind, smart and pleasant co-supervisor from TUC – Prof. Wilhelm Rondeel, who helped me a lot, who gave useful advices, who shared with me priceless experience and information.
TUC provides very comfortable working conditions and support for students. That’s why we could enjoy our study and have excellent results in it. We obtained loads of information and knowledge from different sources: scientific journals, electronic library and databases, seminars and presentations, meeting with professors and discussions with other Ph.D students etc.
Quite long period of life in Porsgrunn gave me an opportunity to make close friends from all over the World, to get know their cultures, to practice English in every-day life, to travel to amazing places in Norway. In this developed country I felt myself protected, inspired, full of interest and energy.
I wish other students to have the same possibility for studying in Norway and spend wonderful incredible time in Porsgrunn!
I’m grateful for this opportunity to feel and enjoy life and study at TUC!
    Tusen takk for denne muligheten!
